Imageboards (18+)
Imageboards are bulletin board style forums popularized by the Japanese website 2ch and its English counterpart 4chan. Typically they cover a wide range of topics or very specific / niche ones while also avoiding censorship, which in turn makes controversial topics more prominent on them.
NOTE: Due to the large amount of sites containing NSFW / controversial content, we have decided to flag this entire category as 18+. This does not mean that every site listed contains this type of content, however, you have been warned. Proceed at your own risk.

Big isn't always better, and status.cafe is proof. This is a tiny microblogging plaform which allows people to post short statuses in the same vein as late 2000's Twitter. There is also a surprisingly active forum page that you can visit and post on.
